How’s it going I’m Toni Roberts a.k.a *ToniTone*. I am the Creator & Founder of this blog *CashNwithToniTone*!

Thanks SO much for caring about who I am and wanting to get to know me better.

I created this personal “who is” page just for you because I really want you to get to know me on a personal level and hear a little bit of my story. I’m sure you’re just like I was, searching for financial happiness, acceptance, success and a place to belong. We all have our own different stories, and I’d like to share my story with you to let you know who I am, where I came from, and where I’m heading but first I want to tell you a little general info about myself.

The “REAL” Me

I was a college student, attending online classes for my Bachelor’s degree in IT Majoring in Computer Programming. My GREATEST passion is my love for animals. I dream of opening my own Veterinary Hospital one day (and it soon will be a reality). As far as my personality…I’m laid back and real easy going. I love meeting new people, socializing, sharing ideas, ya’ know just hanging out!! I have a very big and kind heart and love to help others by giving advice and providing value to them whenever I can. I enjoy surfing the net and networking is the best!!

What About My Family?

I have four sibling, 2 brothers (one younger 17, one older 32), 2 older sisters (31 & 24), 2 nieces (one each from my older brother and sister 14 & 9).  Out of all my sibling I’m the middle child (some of you may know how it is being the middle child) it’s not always easy.  I have a beautiful mother who’s age I won’t reveal LOL, and a Father whom I haven’t seen in about 5 years.

Wasn’t Easy Growing Up

I was born in a little town called Williamston, NC (Martin County).  I spent the early part of my child hood living in a projects called “Down the Hill”.  I come from a rough background, my mother and father divorced when I was six which was very depressing for me. I guess you could say I was somewhat traumatized being that young; my dad was like my best friend and I was somewhat of a daddy’s girl so a sudden separation from him turned my whole world upside down.

My oldest brother and sister have a different father then me and my younger brother and even more different personalities, so we were all like a mismatched step family and I guess that was the reason my mom left my dad. I still remember that night; my dad had a confrontation with my older sister that exploded into a fight between her, him, and my mom. That was the night my mom packed up all our things and we left. We drove over 30miles east to a town called Greenville, NC (where I currently reside) and stayed in a shelter for about two months before my mom could afford rent for a house.

I Was Never “Rich”

Me and my younger brother shuffled back and forth between my mom and dad for about seven years. My mom moved here and there, house to house, bad neighborhood to bad neighborhood. That was very confusing and frustrating for me because I blamed and resented my mom for leaving my dad and putting us in this predicament. My family was never rich, or had a nice expensive houses or cars, but for me at that time my mom, dad and family being together was my idea of happiness.

Fast Forward 14 Years

At 20 I started attending the community college and got a full time customer service job that paid 10 bucks an hour, in my area at the time that was great pay so I was thinking “Oh, now THAT’S what I’m talking about!” But school and work soon became too much for me so I dropped out of college and continued to work full time. I was very happy and content with my 9 to 5. I was able to buy my first car from a local auction ($600), get my first apartment, and finally afford to move out on my own and leave my problems behind.

I managed well for about the first six months with the help of my brothers girlfriend as transportation back and forth to work (I had crashed my car right before I moved out of my mom’s house, what a bummer huh?). Things soon started to get harder and harder to maintain, especially when I cut ties with my brothers girl and was forced to take taxi’s everywhere I had to go.

My Stupid Mistake

I wasn’t long before I became desperate for relief and made the stupidest decision I ever made IN MY LIFE. As a result, I got in trouble with the law and lost my job at 21 and that landed me right back in the same situation I had worked so hard to get out of. To help me out my mom moved into my apartment and not to long after my two brothers moved in and my whole dysfunctional family was back together again.

Ok, I can’t take the stress anymore!

Six months ago I said “Enough, I REFUSE to be a prisoner of my past and current situation.” So I hopped on my computer in a desperate effort to find a solution to my ongoing problems. I searched the net for a way to make money online. All I wanted was a legit way to make an exceptional income from home. I had always dreamed of having financial freedom and becoming financially independent and finally be able to live the life that I’ve always yearned for.

This wasn’t the first time I’d tried to find a home based business; I started casually searching for the perfect online business about a year ago I just knew that if I could find a way to start a solid home based business I’d have the solution to my problem.  Back then, I had tried different programs before in an effort to replace my income from my previous job but had no luck. The businesses I’ve tried before caused me nothing but money, disappointment, and pain. I had thrown away my money on worthless programs and got NO results and encountered very rude people who NEVER offered to help me or provide guidance and I’ve been part of careless up lines that seem to vanish after they had gotten my money.

I’ve meet people who didn’t care to get to know me or about my situation or EVEN show me how to market or advertise online. If they did give me assistance it was only a little advice or a few worthless tips and then they’d leave me out in the cold to fend for myself. Until now, I’ve never really had any real guidance on how to run a home based business and that was very discouraging. I realize now that I was very naive and (to put it bluntly) stupid for falling for it all.  But that was a year ago.

Time For Me to Get Smart

Even with the failures I endured I didn’t let it break my determination to find the right online business. I was so tired of never having enough money to live on. I was tired of walking to the grocery store, and getting my arm stuck with a NEEDLE at the plasma bank just so I can have enough money for public transportation or to buy enough food to last me through the day. I was just SO tired of never being able to fully enjoy my life.

So six months ago I became smart and started researching and seeking out information that would assist me in my pursuit. I wanted to find someone or something that would be willing to take me by the hand and take the time out to mentor me. By me taking the time out to really LEARN and EDUCATE myself, rather than just jumping into another opportunity that was either a worthless scam or cost too much for me to join, was the best thing I could have ever done for myself.

My Revelation

I realized that I didn’t have to jump into every flashy new program that showed up in my inbox and promised to make me money.  I didn’t have to feel desperate and confused about which program to join, as a matter of fact I realized I didn’t have to join another business at all to make money if I didn’t want to.

I had to really evaluate myself, my goals, my priorities, and really focus on the things I wanted to achieve in life. I EDUCATED myself, and I studied other well known network marketers and utilized their information. I let them teach me, mentor me, and guide me into a place where I could really start to excel in my business.

Growing up, I was always a passionate person and loved people. I loved helping others and giving them advice whenever I could, that’s just my nature. And THAT was the key that would unlock the door, I just didn’t realize it. When I first started trying to make money online, I was always told to focus on making sales. In my mind I was thinking “Ok, so all I have to do is just show as many people as I could my sales pitch and I will make money.” I couldn’t have been more wrong. Although I was passionate about people, my mindset was so screwed up that I couldn’t make the kind of money I really wanted, but that wasn’t entirely my fault. I had been taught the wrong way to market and that was the reason behind my past failures.

A Devoted Leader

Because of first learning and educating myself and implementing the knowledge I’ve been taking in, I’m forming myself into a devoted leader in the internet marketing industry. I now have leads chasing “ME” down instead of me chasing them, that’s something I was NEVER taught how to do before. I’ve learned and have been exposed to the “secrets” of the big gurus in the internet marketing industry. I have the tools, information and knowledge I need to teach others how to do the exact same thing as me!

God has really blessed me and I realize what I’ve been missing and I’m now more passionate than ever about helping and showing and helping others how to begin their journey to success as well.

I’m taking what I’ve learned and I’m providing value and sharing my growing knowledge with others because others should really know about what it takes to succeed in an online business but sadly most people don’t or think that they can’t which SO not true. If a “project kid” can learn how to do this I KNOW YOU can too, especially if you identify with what I’ve been through and have faith in yourself and in God.

My Mission

I want to show people that it doesn’t take throwing your money away on hundreds of mom and pop internet programs to make substantial income online; there’s no sense in you doing that – I’ve already helped many others begin their journey to financial freedom in the time it would take for you to realize that you’ve just joined another scam.

I’ll help you get started making money and you can leverage your way up to make more money if you want, it’s totally up to you, you control how much you make. I’m in a position now where I can take others in and show them the information they need to get started making their OWN money and becoming independently and financially free PLUS give them all the resources, tool and coaching and training they’ll need.

To Put it Simply…

The goal I have for you and anyone else who come in contact with me, is to provide a “safe haven” or a starting point for others who don’t have a lot of money OR no money to invest into a business who seriously want to become a true online success. I want to build up great leaders and masterminds who are hungry not only for success but have a burning desire to really help others who need a place to “call home”.

Most importantly I’m looking to help others who have been through the ringer emotionally, financially, & mentally and show them that God will provide a way for them if they just have faith in him.

My Ultimate goal is to eventually build a “franchise” so to speak, of STRONG & INSPIRED LEADERS who aren’t selfish and truly want to provide value and lead others to success. I’ve studied so many different areas, people, and aspects of network marketing to become the best network marketer I can be. I’ve studied some of the top network marketers online today and I’ve aligned myself within their community so I can continue to learn from them.

My number one priority and purpose is to help others succeed in life and to help them become financially free and bring unheard of peace of mind to them and into their life, more importantly, help them leave there painful past behind. I want to show others how it feels to be in charge of YOUR destiny, you DON’T have to be a slave to anyone; weather it’s your boss, your family, your mom or dad, your spouse or whoever, your life doesn’t have to be ruled by past your mistakes.

Weather it was your fault or not you have a CHOICE to come up out of it. God has a purpose for YOUR life weather you believe it or not and he’s given you the gift of choice, so that you can make a choice to except it, no one else can make that choice for you but you. That doubtful voice in your head is only the devil trying to keep you down and if you let him, he’ll succeed – He’ll suceed in keeping you right where you are and leading you to a unhappy and unfullfilling death.  It’s YOUR choice to open your heart, your mind, and soul and seperate yourself from your old life and begin a new one.  I’m willing to show you how to set yourself up for success with personal development, training and growth and teach you how to become a better YOU and network marketer.

My Inspiration

Gregory Drake, Tineshia Toole, Melinda Ross, Dani Johnson, Mike Dillard, Dennis Karganilla, Joe Schroeder, Bob Proctor – THESE are the people I’ve learned from, the people who were (and still are) SO generous with their knowledge and who have inspired me and have taught me so much about who I truly am as a person, who I am as network marketer and a leader; as well as taught me about what TRUE marketing is, how to generate my OWN leads – people who are ginuenly attracted to who I am as a person and actually want me to talk to them and call them.

This can be your reality as well, imagine having an endless stream of fresh leads (that you generated yourself) chasing you and seeking YOU out for information about your business.  Imagine being able to wake up with peace of mind, check your banking account and seeing several $500 or $1,oo0 deposits.  Imagine how having your financial worries completey vanish right before your eyes, finally being able to be truly happy with your life.  Imagine how your life would be…

I have NO DOUBT in my soul, heart, or mind that GOD burng these my mentors into my life to shake me and SHOW me that I can be successful.  They are my blessing and it’s now your turn to be blessed.

*I’d like to share some information I’ve learned*

Success is unavoidable when you learn what it means to help others succeed and how to “ATTRACT” others to you and appeal to them. Once you’ve learned that, all you do is be a reward to others and pay it forward, meaning, you teach others how to do what you’ve done so they can be just as successful as you’ve become.

God will reward you greatly and your success will continue to flow. Realize that when you help “OTHERS” to succeed YOUR success is definite because of what you’ve taught them and what you’ve helped them to achieve. Doesn’t that make sense?? Providing value (a solution to a problem), support and REAL One on One coaching and training are the 3 simple keys to success…..NO ONE becomes successful on their own and I’ve decided to be a walking reward to 10,000 people and finally bring them to their true potential and give them a fighting chance at happiness, so that they can in turn to the same for others.  This is the formula to a lifetime of peace and abundance.

Forever Grateful

I’m SO grateful for all the people who help to get to where I am today. They’ve allowed me to finally make my dream tangible and achievable. Because of what I’ve learned, I’m molding myself into a “LEADER”. I’ve come so far and I want to help YOU to do the same.

I’m didn’t allow my previous situation be an EXCUSE for me not to make a change in my life, I’m used it as my MOTIVATION. GOD has gotten me through SO MUCH and I will be forever in debt to him.  What better way then to pay my success forward to others. You have the strength to take charge, PROVE to YOURSELF that you CAN be a success. You CAN’T let yourself be bounded by outside forces, you have to repeal them and use them to your advantage, to feed your will and use as your driving force and determination.

**If you don’t get up NOW and TAKE ACTION then you have NO ONE to BLAME but YOURSELF for your failure, understand that you can only blame yourself, and you may be missing out on God’s BLESSING TO YOU**
